Safety center
Your keys.
Your privacy. Your peace of mind.
A real support conversation never starts with giving away access to your wallet.
Keep your phrase private
Never share recovery phrases, private keys, passwords, or security codes. This site will never ask for them.
Verify before you trust
Find support through your provider’s official website. Avoid unsolicited messages and lookalike domains.
Never pay to unlock funds
Requests for validation fees, guaranteed recovery, or urgent transfers are red flags. Stop and verify independently.
Think your wallet is compromised?
Stop responding to suspicious messages. If your keys have been exposed, treat the wallet as compromised. Follow your wallet provider’s official guidance to create a new secure wallet and move remaining assets if safe. Preserve non-sensitive evidence and report the incident to the relevant platform or local authorities.
