- 1
Keep recovery phrases and private keys offline in a secure place. Never enter them into a support form, chatbot, email, or direct message.
- 2
Use a unique password, device security, and multi-factor authentication where available. Keep your operating system and wallet software updated.
- 3
Check the exact website address and the transaction details before connecting a wallet or approving anything. Disconnecting a site does not revoke token approvals.
- 4
If a phrase is exposed, treat that wallet as compromised. Use your wallet provider's official guidance to create a new secure wallet and move any remaining assets if safe.
USD Supporter Trust is an independent education site, not your wallet provider. Never share a recovery phrase or private key. For account-specific assistance, use your provider’s official support channel.
