My balance isn’t showing

Find the difference between a display issue and a missing transfer.

   Check that you are viewing the correct account and blockchain network.

   Search the public address on the network's official explorer to confirm the on-chain balance. Public addresses reveal transaction activity, so share them cautiously.

   Refresh the wallet and update it from the official source. Some wallets require adding a token using its verified contract address.

   A wallet display does not change what exists on-chain. Contact your actual wallet provider through its official site if the issue continues.
